If i become a billionaire . i will buy everything i need and i want to develop our country. Build more school , increase teacher's salary. I think improve education is a good way to develop country . Student can study with moder technology. And what about u 816

If I'm rich, first I'll make an account in a bank and buy sth I need (such as a PC). So I will have more money everyday

firstly,i will build about 50 large building where the poor and the homeless could live in a higher standard;where they could find a good job in my own company with a high salary.
secondly,i will build more school_especially in north-west and TayNguyen and Mekong delta of course_with a lot of modern instruments.
then,i will create a schoolarship for poor or excellent student ,graduate student.
lastly,i myself will buy a PC.

So, i think we have a lot of advantage from using internet, we can improve our knowledge , find infomation , entertainment and another thing. And i don't have any ideal about disadvantage of using internet.

really?You see,we always spend a lot of time when using internet,and money either.Some people addict to internet,especially internet online games.And using internet cause a lot of bad effect on your health..........................
But i think if we know how to use Internet,it will give us many advantage.
