To help to promote the film The Dark Knight, the new adventure of Man-Bat for the cinemas, the Warner Video prepares a launching in DVD that is leaving the fans of the hero with water in the mouth.

Directed for the lendário Bruce Timm, of the excellent series Batman, Superman, Titãs Young, Batman of the Future and League of Justice, the long-metragem Batman: Gotham Knight is written by known names of the quadrinhos and the cinema and will show facts happened between the two films of Man-Bat in six independent histories, showing facetas of the guard of Gotham that generally are not shown in animações or films.

Segundo Gregory Noveck, Vice-president of Creative Questions of the DC:
- Batman: Gotham Knight is a Batman in animation as never it was seen before, as much of the point of view of histories how much of the point of view of the animation style. The idea is that, as in the quadrinhos, Universe DC is full of infinite and varied histories. Of this form we do not go arresting in them to an only style of animation. We will see different versions of Batman, with appearances moving for Bruce, Batman and the different personages.
