Chắc là do virus rùi. Bạn thử diệt virus toàn máy xem.
Diệt xong thử làm cách này xem sao :
Vào run, gõ gpedit.msc thì vào được Administrative Templates ~> System ~> Ctrl+Alt+Delete Options ~> Remove Task Manager.
Double click vào Remove Task Manager rồi thiết lập là Not Configured, xong rồi thì Ok.
Hoặc : Bạn Vào Start /Run /Trong hộp thoại Run Gõ: Regedit, rồi Enter.
Hộp thoại regedit propertise xuất hiện. Bạn vào các khoá sau :
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\. Bạn sẽ thấy một khoá ở bên phải cửa sổ tên là DisTskMaNager0. Bạn click đúp vào đó và chọn số 1 nhấn F5 cho làm tươi màn hình. Thoát khỏi cửa sổ regedit. Bạn sẽ tìm thấy Task manager của HĐH.

Lạ nhỉ sao giờ còn hỏi lỗi này.

nhưng vấn đề là tôi dùng run gõ gpedit.msc và regedit đều không vào được(thế mới hỏi)
