Nếu bạn không biết nên bắt đầu từ đâu cho trang web của mình, không biết phải thiết kế như thế nào (chẳng hạn bạn không biết thiết kế theme của trang web như thế nào) thì Dreamweaver CS3 thực sự là một người bạn tốt để giúp bạn bắt đầu từ những trang sẵn có.
